This work began as a necessity...

A necessity many carry without language.

You may have lived with menstrual pain, imbalances, or symptoms that felt meaningful yet were minimized, dismissed, or normalized (numb). Your womb has been speaking, but the ways you were taught to listen never quite reached what was happening in your body. Beneath the pain, there is often a visceral knowing: that there is something more and that your bleed carries information. That your body has its own rhythm and pulse. Menstrual art becomes the language that meets this knowing. By working with blood as a living substance (and not as a problem to manage), you are invited to hear the inner truths of your womb. What emerges will be self-expression, regulation, coherence and embodied self-trust. Sacred Blood offers the structure for this return through a clear, contained path you can walk at your own rhythm.

“This is such a powerful experience for me. I have no cramps, I am not moody. I am happy and feeling one with myself and the universe at whole. Something that I NEVER experience in my cycles. Having PCOS and irregular cycles too and here I am with a 28 day cycle, no hormonal treatments... all natural doing Menstrual Art🩸 Thank you from the depths of my soul. You have been such an inspiration in this journey I've taken in these last 6 years to free myself from medication and pain. ”

WHAT SACRED BLOOD IS

Sacred Blood is a structured, self-led initiation into a sovereign relationship with menstrual blood.

It is built on The Sacred Blood Method™, a cyclical, body-led initiation that works with menstrual blood as a somatic, symbolic and creative medium to unveil and integrate personal and ancestral stories through art, education and somatic experience. This course approaches menstrual blood as a living intelligence, a substance that carries rhythm, memory and wisdom. You will find education about menstruation and a practice-based method designed to be lived, repeated and embodied.

The Sacred Blood Method™

A five-pillar somatic–ritual process

  • Pillar I — Re-Sensitization 🩸

Rebuilding somatic trust, interrupting cultural and intergenerational conditioning and establish safety and readiness for the descent.

  • Pillar II — The Descent 🩸

Access to pre-verbal and lineage-held stories around period blood. You will be guided into a conscious descent where emotions, images, impulses and memories may surface to be witnessed and moved through.

  • Pillar III — Ritual Arts Therapy 🩸

Through ritualized gestures, repetition, marking and intentional use of blood (or a conscious ritual), you will allow the body to apply and digest what has surfaced during descent. Integration is the outcome.

  • Pillar IV — Witnessing & Meaning 🩸

Stabilize insight, integrate knowing, naming felt shifts and sensations & acknowledging images or themes without story. Locating meaning in the present body and in daily lived life.

  • Pillar V — Integration & Embodiment 🩸

Anchor the work into lived identity and authority. You will integrate new rituals and become a carrier of this work.

FAQ

  • Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final. Sacred Blood is a self-led, initiatory course that invites deep personal engagement. Once access is granted, the teachings, practices, and materials are fully available to you. For this reason, and to honor the integrity of the work, refunds are not offered. I invite you to read the page slowly and feel into your decision before enrolling.

  • What if I'm not currently bleeding?

You are welcome here. The course includes clear guidance on how to work with the method when you are not actively bleeding, including ritual stand-ins and somatic alternatives. This work is not limited to the days of menstruation—it informs how you walk womanhood across the entire continuum. You may also find that this knowledge positions you as a torch bearer: someone who carries understanding, reverence, and language for menstrual blood in community, lineage, or future cycles.

  • What if I am on hormonal contraception or the pill?

This work can still be practiced. If you experience a withdrawal bleed, the method can be applied with care and discernment. Many participants find that working somatically and ritually with their cycle—even in this form—helps rebuild trust in the body and deepen awareness of its rhythms. This course does not instruct you to stop or change any medical choices. It offers wisdom that may support you in listening more closely to your body and, over time, exploring what feels most aligned for you.

  • Is this work religious?

No specific religion is required. Sacred Blood uses universal, body-based language and practices rooted in physiology, ritual structure, and somatic awareness. Whatever spiritual, philosophical, or religious background you carry is welcome here. This work is not about belief—it is about practice.

  • Do I need prior experience with art or ritual?

No. All practices are guided clearly and accessibly. You do not need to identify as an artist, nor have prior ritual experience. The focus is on presence, process, and embodiment, not performance or aesthetics.

  • Can this course support me in holding circles or guiding others?

Yes, at a foundational level. Sacred Blood offers enough structure, ethics, and embodied understanding to support those who feel called to begin holding menstrual blood art circles or ritual spaces. While this course does not certify you, it provides a strong grounding in how to approach this work with integrity and care.

  • What payment methods are available?

We do not offer PayPal. Due to the nature of our work, PayPal is not available to us. You can pay via: Bank transfer Revolut Wise If you need assistance with payment, please email us at [email protected]

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Jasmine Alicia Carter

My journey here wasn’t always one of empowerment and embodiment. I used to be completely disconnected from my body, my desires and my own pleasure. I struggled with unbearable menstrual cramps, recurring reproductive issues and deep feelings of frustration as I was consistently neglected by the medical system. Like so many women, I was never offered real, lasting solutions - just quick fixes that left me feeling even more lost and powerless. But my pain became the catalyst for my transformation, leading me to reconnect with the sacredness of my body and its natural rhythms. Through years of personal healing, ritual practice and embodied exploration, menstrual blood and art became central pathways of regulation, insight and transformation. Out of this lived devotion, I founded Sacred Woman and the Menstrual Art Movement-spaces dedicated to supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies, cycles, and sexuality with reverence and agency. Alongside this work, I practice as a ceremonial pelvic care worker, offering hands-on womb and pelvic care. Today through my work I support women in honoring the parts of themselves that have been shamed, ignored, silenced and in returning to their bodies as places of wisdom, pleasure and power.

There is wisdom in your bleed. Sacred Blood is the structure that helps you hear it.
